Magpie is a Multi-chain DeFi platform providing Yield & veTokenomics boosting services. Incubated by Wombat Exchange, Magpie is focused on locking WOM tokens to own governance rights and boosted yield benefits as a liquidity provider on Wombat.

The platform offers users the opportunity to deposit their Stablecoins, BNB, Liquid BNB, frxETH, ETH, WOM, mWOM tokens in single-sided boosted pools to earn high APR % while it allows Wombat Exchange voters to cost-effectively acquire voting power and earn passive income at the same time through the MGP token.

Magpie offers WOM holders the chance to earn high APR by converting their tokens into mWOM. mWOM refers to "Magpie WOM". mWOM can be staked on Magpie to earn boosted passive income.

When users convert their WOM tokens, they get mWOM which allows them to earn high rewards while Magpie locks all the converted WOM as veWOM on Wombat Exchange. That's how Magpie accumulates veWOM. veWOM entitles Magpie to boosted WOM rewards and governance benefits on Wombat Exchange. That's why Magpie can offer users sustainable boosted passive income.

Magpie recently launched a new product called Penpie and announced the PENDLE Rush incentives program. Users can deposit PEDNLE on Penpie & receive 1 mPENDLE + $PNP rewards for each PENDLE.

I already mentioned Nocturne in the last issue but decided to take a closer look at it. Let's start with Privacy. You know very well that there are some difficulties with this in the crypto market, and it is also some brake on the mass adoption of cryptocurrencies, as well as the influx of large institutional funds into the market, because big capital definitely does not want it to be visible to everyone. And here we smoothly summarize the Nocturne project, which is an easy-to-compile protocol for private accounts on Ethereum that uses a combination of account abstraction and zero-knowledge proofs. The description then gets bogged down with technical terms that not everyone will be able to understand, so read more about the project at the link. The project is still at a very early stage, there is not much information, but we can see that it is being followed on Twitter by many employees of teer-1 funds, and other influential people. And even @VitalikButerin is subscribed to Nocturne. The project may even have already raised some investment and will announce it soon.

Now there is no activity as such, because the project is still at an early stage, but you can now itself subscribe to Twitter and include notifications, join Discord and be active there. Also, the project recently published an article on Mirror, which could be minted, but they quickly ran out, watch when there are new articles to have time to pick them up, maybe in the future it will be important.
